At My Old House Store, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This document outlines the warranty coverage for both Speedheater infrared paint removal tools and the My Old House Fix Infrared Rack Kit.

A) Product Technical Issues, Warranty Claims, Remedies, and Claim Assessment

Should you experience any technical or operational issues with your Speedheater product(s) or Infrared Rack Kit, please follow these three steps:

Contact Us: Contact My Old House Store at hello@myoldhousestore.com or (your phone number). We will guide you through some simple troubleshooting steps to help identify the problem.
Warranty Verification: We will verify the warranty status of your product to determine coverage and responsibility for repair/replacement and shipping costs.
Repair or Replacement: We will assist you with a warranty replacement claim or, if necessary, refer you to the appropriate repair center for your product.

B) Speedheater Product Warranty

The Speedheater tool ("Product") is precision-manufactured and has been carefully inspected using Speedheater’s internal quality assurance systems. 1 Speedheater offers the following limited warranty:

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. For commercial/professional use, the warranty period is six (6) months.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover wear items (e.g., heat tubes), damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications, or minor deviations that do not affect the tool's functionality.
Remedy: Speedheater will repair or replace the defective Product at its discretion.
Limitations: Speedheater shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages. Implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty.

C) Infrared Rack Kit Warranty

The Infrared Rack Kit ("Rack Kit") is manufactured by My Old House Fix, LLC, and is designed to enhance the functionality of your Speedheater infrared paint removal tool. We offer a limited warranty on the Rack Kit as follows:

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Remedy: In the event of a valid warranty claim, My Old House Fix, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Infrared Rack Kit free of charge.

D) Warranty Claims and Repairs

Product Under Warranty:
- Contact My Old House Store with details of the issue.
- We will submit a Warranty Claim Form to Speedheater USA (for Speedheater products) or process the claim directly (for the Infrared Rack Kit).
- If approved, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to return the faulty unit for replacement or repair.
Product Out of Warranty:
- Contact My Old House Store for repair options.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs to and from the repair center.
