Chris lives nearby so I hired him for advice about adding insulation and Unico AC to our 1889 house and repairing the antique carriage doors on our 1930s garage. He spent an hour with me looking at everything thoroughly and making suggestions, then followed it up the next day with a detailed report complete with explanatory photos and contact information for a couple of craftsmen he thought could help me.
